In the year 2474, a fleet of Terran ships set out to retrieve much-needed raw materials from the nearby Proxima Centauri system and bring them back so that humanity could continue to thrive after emerging from a dark age just over a century earlier.
When the hyperspace drives recovered from an alien spaceship kicked in, events came thick and fast. Operation Phoenix did not begin as planned.
