Summary

The Talon’Ar are survivors of the War of Silence and the Zirax coup who fled into deep space to hide. In their self-imposed isolation, the Talon’Ar, which translates to “Heralds of Tal,” undertook a restart, achieving feats comparable to their ancestors in Triangulum without repeating their mistakes.

Over time, they accumulated technological knowledge not only to hide from view but also to find solutions to their greatest concern: the ultimate victory over the Silence and the protection of the galaxy from all threats.

Current Situation

In recent decades, the Talon’Ar have established secret contacts with almost all high-tech factions without fully revealing themselves, including the ARC and GLaD.

The Talon’Ar also maintain direct relationships with the TESCH machine civilization, which treats the Talon’Ar as equals, whereas all other “biologicals” are seen by the TESCH as mere disturbances to their analytical symmetry.

By the game's timeline, the Talon’Ar are preparing to re-emerge on the galactic stage.

Internal Affairs

The Talon’Ar are, unfortunately, difficult to deal with in many ways. A certain arrogance leads them to view other factions dismissively, making interactions extremely challenging. They almost exclusively work unilaterally with other factions, often only considering the direct benefits for their projects without giving anything significant in return.

Due to their careless and dismissive handling of their allies, their existence has gradually leaked out through rumors. Many factions, particularly the Xenu and Ghyst, have become alert. This arrogance has also caused increasing problems with their allies, the ARC and GLaD, leading to the Zirax capturing an emissary sent by the Talon’Ar.

Blaming others entirely for their issues, the Talon’Ar have withdrawn from current allies, cutting them off from critical information about an impending threat and their insights, making significant decisions that affect the entire galaxy without consultation.
