SUMMARY
The Personal Communication Console (PCC) is a craftable device that can be placed on bases and on capital vessels.
It allows direct access to the current (and planned future) services of the Galactic Information Network (GIN)
HOW TO USE
- Place it onto your vessel or base
- Stand in front of it and aim at the desk (not the screens)
- Hit F
- Use the various dialogue options
GAMEPLAY RULES
- The PCC can be crafted with any constructor (except suit constructor) from the devices tab
- The PCC offers all services like the regular GIN consoles in trade stations
- The Default Random Experimental scenario already has a ‘Personal Inbox’ added as an answer options. It is worth checking this out regularly.

The console has a fixed dialogue state added in its BlocksConfig.ecf entry. This allows the dialogue to be used on player-core structures!
